Love Island fans call for ‘abusive’ star to be booted out of the villa after his ex reveals ‘constant bullying’
LOVE Island fans have called for an “abusive” star to be booted out of the villa after his ex reveals “constant bullying”.
Viewers of the ITV2 show took to Twitter after last night’s episode to call for one of the new boys to be sent home.
Love Island a number of new bombshells enter the villa last week, including former Australian contestant Aaron Waters.
But the TV star has already rubbed fans up the wrong way, who are calling for him to be axed from the programme.
Viewers hit out at the star for being “abusive” and a “walking red flag” after noting his dating preferences last week.
While elsewhere Aaron’s ex-girlfriend slammed the TV star, admitting that he had “body-shamed her every day”.
Courtney Stubbs coupled up with Aaron, 25, on day one of Love Island Australia in 2021 – but things went downhill.
She said: “I have never addressed this before because anytime I think about it, it makes me want to ball my eyes out.
“This guy has got onto Love Island UK and the first thing he wanted to do was, in his promo, drag me.”
“It was horrible. He bullied me, belittled me, he skin-shamed me, he body-shamed me,” she added in a tell-all TikTok video.
Now fans have called for the star to be axed from the show, as they dubbed him a “bully” in a savage clap back.
Under a post of Aaron shared to Love Island’s Instagram, one said: “They should have never cast a bully, already put one girl through enough.”
Another hit out: “He is a bully, he needs to go ASAP,” as a third said: “Love Island should not have even brought him on. This guy already caused so much pain. He isn’t a good person.”
“They brought in the worst bully,” a fourth said, while a fifth added: “Disappointed to see him on TV again.”
Earlier today, Aaron’s ex-girlfriend Courtney opened up about her experience dating the star on Love Island Australia.
“He would constantly tell me to f*** off, to shut up, the whole show. And made a personal vendetta against me to make sure every guy felt the same way about me,” she said.
Courtney recalled how Aaron mocked her acne, continuing: “I remember to this day, because it stuck with me.
“He said to me, ‘I like clean girls, girls. You know, take care of the skin and like skincare and you’re really not into that stuff’. So, he was referring to my acne.
“I had really bad acne at this point because I had just started my Roaccutane [acne treatment] journey and my skin was purging.
“So I literally had cystic acne on my face, which I obviously I already felt so insecure about going on TV with my skin like that.”
Fans shared Courtney’s emotional video on Reddit and many rushed to comment they remembered Aaron behaving badly towards her.
The Sun contacted a representative of Love Island for comment following Courtney’s video.
