Republican Rep. Spartz opposes McCarthy effort to boot Democrats from committees

Rep. Victoria Spartz, an Indiana Republican, said Tuesday she'll oppose Speaker Kevin McCarthy's efforts to keep a handful of Democrats off key House committees.
