The Indian Army's Bofor guns will be a part of the Republic Day parade being organized by the state government in Ranchi, India on Thursday. The parade will include contingents from the CRPF, ITBP, Cisf, Seema Suraksha Bal, Jharkhand Jaguar, Chhattisgarh Police, Home Guards, NCC Boys and Girls, and Men and Women contingents of the District Armed Police. Governor RamESH Bais will preside over the celebrations in Ranchi, while Chief Minister Hemant Soren will attend a parade ceremony in Dumka. This year's Republic Day celebration is expected to draw a large crowd.
