expected. Isolated gusts to 60 mph are possible.

* WHERE...Ventura County Mountains and Santa Clarita Valley,

strongest in the hills.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Wednesday to 6 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and

make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may

result.
