* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Flattery to Cape Shoalwater
out to 10 nm.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
and/or seas 10 feet or higher are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.

* WHAT...Seas 9 to 10 ft at 15 seconds.
10 to 60 nm.
* WHEN...Until noon PST today.
...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PST THIS
EVENING...
* WHAT...Combined seas 10 to 12 feet subsiding to 7 to 9 ft this
afternoon except building to around 10 feet again during the
strong maximum ebb current around 715 PM this evening. Bar
conditions rough becoming moderate this afternoon except
becoming rough again this evening during the maximum ebb
current. A second maximum ebb current will occur around 715 AM
today.
