Odisha putting efforts to be best in every field, says CM Naveen Patnaik

Chief minister Naveen Patnaik in a Republic Day message issued on Wednesday evening said Odisha is putting efforts to be the best in every field. He dubbed this effort as transformation and each one of the 4.5 crore Odias is the catalyst of change.
