Complaints surface over details of plan to reduce phosphorus runoff into Maumee River

BOWLING GREEN — Several people gave the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency an earful Thursday about the agency’s plan to reduce phosphorus runoff into the Maumee River in hopes of staving off future western Lake Erie blooms.
