Los Angeles hit by first SNOW blizzard warning in 30 years with winter storms coming

Snow will be seen in some regions of Southern California for the first time since the 1980s. Evacuation orders have been issued for coastal areas north north of Los Angeles over fears of "flooding and debris flows"
