Amanda Owen gives rare nod to ex husband Clive on new solo show Real Farming Lives
AMANDA Owen sent a cryptic nod to ex-husband Clive while speaking out about her hectic life at Ravenseat Farm.
With Amanda Owen’s Real Farming Lives on More 4, the Yorkshire Shepherdess is back on screens.
The show follows the star as she investigates various farmers’ problems and challenges.
Amanda, 48, paid a visit to the Rose Family’s Eco Farm in Nottinghamshire on the latest episode.
The business is run by Dave and Lisa and their children and grandchildren and is an eco-friendly one-stop shop for the community.
They also own a sheep farm and a hair salon.
The views of the countryside in the morning were breathtaking, and as Amanda got to know Dave and Lisa better, she quickly learned that their romance was somewhat reminiscent of hers with her ex-Clive.
“Like me, Davies’ wife Jill did not come from a farming background,” Amanda told viewers.
She continued: “They’ve been married for 38 years and share a passion for rural life.”
As she took time away from the farm to record her show, Amanda continued by describing how busy life can be at Ravenseat: “A routine kind of goes to the wall in the house.”
The Yorkshire Shepherdess broke the sad news of her marriage split to her followers.
A statement from the pair read: “Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate.
“This hasn’t been easy, but we both believe it’s the right choice for the future of our family.
“Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together, with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children.
