Kuldeep Kumar R Jain, a 2011 batch IPS officer took charge as the 14th commissioner of Mangaluru City police on Friday. After taking charge from outgoing commissioner N Shashi Kumar, he told reporters that he would work towards curbing illegal activities in the city and follow a zero-tolerance approach towards corruption.
