In a TikTok video, she removed some layers to show how she gets a little extra pump out of her workouts.
The brunette beauty exhibited how to get the best out of your regular hip thrust workout.
When the video began, the content creator was sitting under a barbell as she removed her shoes and then lifted the weight flat footed.
“No longer a secret try it barefoot and you’ll feel wayyyy more in your glutes,” she wrote in the video’s caption.
According to her, when you remove your shoes, it activates your glutes more and helps give you a rounder bottom and curvier shape.
In the video’s subtitle, she wrote that “the girls that get [it] get it.”
For her, that is the best way to hip thrust, but there were opposing views on the fitness hack.
“My gym says no,” one viewer commented.
