Belarus, Russia adopt joint statement at OSCE PA

The delegation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus have adopted a joint statement at the 22nd Winter Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
