Gujarat finance minister presents state budget, focus remains on infra, agriculture, jobs, social security

The state budget, with a total outlay of ₹3,01,021.61 crore, has not announced any new tax on citizens, while cutting value-added tax on piped and compressed natural gas to 5% from 15%.
