Want to see the Earth from a stratosphere balloon? This startup says it will happen

Iwaya Giken, based in Japan, wants to bring down the price of space tourism, although passengers technically won’t be in outer space.

A Japanese startup announced plans Tuesday to launch commercial space viewing balloon flights that it hopes will bring an otherwise astronomically expensive experience down to Earth.
