ECLAC to celebrate 75th anniversary

SANTIAGO, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) announced Saturday that it plans to hold various activities throughout the year to celebrate its 75th anniversary.
