Russian and Turkish leaders Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan have discussed topical topics on the bilateral agenda by telephone.

“Some topical topics on the bilateral agenda were touched upon,” the statement said.

Putin also sent birthday greetings to Erdogan, noting that Russia appreciates his personal contribution to strengthening friendly relations and constructive cooperation.
