Toro recently introduced IntelliDash, a platform used to monitor, manage, track and maintain the health of a golf course superintendent’s operations.
With the platform, superintendents can view real-time operational data, including agronomic conditions, labor, asset location and equipment health. Additionally, course superintendents can use data to simplify course operations, identify inefficiencies and better allocate resources.
“The new IntelliDash platform brings together key course elements to provide course managers and superintendents greater visibility to course health and unique access to equipment fleet and irrigation data,” Norma Frotton, product marketing manager for the Toro golf irrigation business, said. “As the only provider of both golf course equipment and irrigation, Toro is uniquely positioned to supply this information to courses via a single dashboard — and we’re committed to ongoing enhancements that will evolve this critical platform.”
IntelliDash provides a platform that superintendents can access equipment, labor and agronomic data on any computer or mobile device.
The all-in-one dashboard offers a bird’s-eye view of the course and fleet data so superintendents can make informed decisions with information from multiple sources, including weather and radar streams and evapotranspiration forecasts. Integrating weather data means superintendents can make real- time decisions about course maintenance without leaving the dashboard.

For agronomic conditions, IntelliDash integrates Toro products like Lynx Central Control, which aggregates essential irrigation information to better manage water and resources while maximizing course playability and aesthetics. IntelliDash also incorporates products such as Turf Guard and third-party services like Playbooks and taskTracker to manage labor, track expenses and understand operational inputs, over time and by area of the course — providing insights for year-over-year comparisons and effective budget management.
For daily productivity and planning purposes, IntelliDash provides equipment location, health and status. Equipment health is further managed by the inclusion of Toro’s myTurf Pro Fleet Management tool, giving users convenient maintenance scheduling, parts ordering and reporting. For configured equipment, IntelliDash provides diagnostics and valuable information on engine health, like operational hours and fuel use.
Since its launch in July 2022, Toro developed and implemented several new features, including:
- A widget lock/unlock button that allows users the ability to customize the dashboard by moving what’s most important to them to the top of the screen.
- A Toro Irrigation National Support Network (NSN) chat function that offers quick access to Toro’s NSN support team.
- Mobile-friendly design.
- Decision Tree function that operates in conjunction with Turf Guard soil sensors to help determine when to irrigate. Recommendations are dependent on user-defined thresholds.
- Extended free-of-charge offer. IntelliDash originally launched free-of-charge through the end of 2022 and Toro is extending that pricing offer through Dec. 31, 2023. Users must have an existing Toro application integrated into IntelliDash, such as myTurf Pro or Lynx, to take advantage of this offer.
