Voting Rights Restoration for former felons

A bill being considered by Nebraska lawmakers seeks to give voting restoration to voters after completion of a felony sentence. As it stands people must wait an additional two years after the completion of their sentence to restorer their voting rights. (March 5) (AP video by Ty O'Neil)
