8-year-old from Surrey, B.C., among top scorers in Johns Hopkins academic test

Third-grader Jimmy Dong, who lives in South Surrey, B.C., was recently recognized by the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth for being among the top scorers in the non-profit's School and College Ability Test.
