Sen. Joe Manchin says he will support proposed bipartisan rail safety legislation

Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia tells "Face the Nation" that he is "going to be supporting" proposed bipartisan rail safety legislation in the wake of the derailment of a train in East Palestine, Ohio, that was carrying toxic chemicals.
