Texas mom charged with the fatal stabbing of her 3 children has criminal history, records show

Records show the Texas mom was arrested in 2017 for allegedly stabbing her sister's boyfriend. And her twin sister was accused of stabbing her 7-year-old daughter to death in June 2021.
