Wharfedale 32 Huddersfield 31

This was a game of two halves with Wharfedale scoring three excellent tries in the first 32 minutes before conceding a converted try after 36 minutes.  Tom Davidson opened the scoring with a penalty after 3 minutes.  Oscar Canny scored an individual try after following up his own kick ahead.  Two brilliant long passes resulted in Canny crossing again wide out and both tries were converted by Davidson.  Ryan Carlson scored Wharfedale’s third try after good team play involving Burridge, Gaudie and Canny again.  A late try by Huddersfield  on the right was after they had been held up wide …
