Thiruvananthapuram: Attukal Pongala to be celebrated following green protocol

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) [India], March 5 (ANI): Thiruvananthapuram Mayor Arya Rajendran on Sunday said Attukal Pongala festival will be celebrated following green protocol and the preparations are in the final stage.
