Free cones, money for foundation mark O’Neal’s birthday

Shaquille O’Neal’s Big Chicken is giving guests free ice cream cones, while supplies last on Monday. Anyone who dines in or who picks up their order at the brand’s 16 locations, will receive a cone with their paid order, according to a news release.
