Escape room, other tenants, land at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon

SAN RAMON — An escape room and other tenants have landed at San Ramon’s City Center Bishop Ranch, marking a fresh batch of leases for the bustling mixed-use downtown complex.

Escapology, Kohler, Warby-Parker and Studio Blanc have all signed leases at the City Center Bishop Ranch, which has become a downtown district for San Ramon, according to executives with Sunset Development, the principal owner and developer of Bishop Ranch.

Nearly 60 shops, restaurants and other merchants are tenants at City Center, Sunset Development said.

The LOT Cinema and Equinox Fitness are among the anchor tenants at the center, which has a large public square.

The Slanted Door, LB Steak, Boba Guys and Fieldwork Brewing Company are among the other notable tenants.
