Apex Court seeks Solicitor General's view on plea alleging failure to set up Commercial Courts

The Indian Commercial and Arbitration Bar Association said despite the legislature having "made a loud and clear declaration" to set up commercial courts, the country is yet to see effective implementation even after almost eight years.
