Shot Olivia Pratt-Korbel, 9, lay dying in her home as intended target’s pals arrive with him at A&E
A SHOT girl of nine lay dying in her home as the intended target’s pals arrived with him at A&E, a court heard yesterday.
Olivia Pratt-Korbel was hit by a stray bullet after Joseph Nee was chased into her house on August 22 last year.
Thomas Cashman, 34, was allegedly pursuing Nee and fired through Olivia’s front door in Dovecot, Liverpool.
CCTV allegedly shows Cashman chasing Nee on foot at 9.52pm.
At 10pm a 999 call said Olivia had been hit in the chest.
Cops arrived 11 minutes later.
But by 10.17pm CCTV shows Nee, also shot, arriving at A&E with “associates”.
Cashman, of West Derby, Liverpool, denies charges including murder.
The trial at Manchester crown court continues.
