CINCINNATI — A federal jury on Thursday found both former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder and former Ohio Republican Party Chairman Matt Borges guilty of a single charge each of racketeering conspiracy in connection with a years-long, $61 million scheme that traded political power for a $1.3 billion bailout of two nuclear power plants.
