Roglic takes Tirreno-Adriatico fourth stage, Kamna in overall lead

MILAN: Primoz Roglic claimed the fourth stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico on Thursday after a late burst which earned his first win of the season, as Lennard Kamna took the overall lead.
