Despite the deaths of two Americans who went to Mexico on a trip for one to get a tummy tuck, the boom in crossing the border for medical care will continue. "It's not a weird thing for anybody in the surrounding communities to go there for dental surgeries," says one Texas border town resident. "It's a lot more affordable."
