The state police on Saturday arrested a porter in Jharkhand for posting a fake video on Facebook and spreading panic among the guest workers in Tirupur and Coimbatore. C Prashant Kumar, 32, from Bihar was arrested from a railway station in Latehar district in Jharkhand.
