WHL roundup: ICE plow past Wheat Kings for 4-1 win
WINNIPEG - Zack Ostapchuk scored a goal and added two assists as the Winnipeg ICE defeated the visiting Brandon Wheat Kings 4-1 in Western Hockey League action on Sunday.
Owen Pederson, Evan Friesen and Connor McClennon also scored for the Eastern Conference-leading ICE (52-9-1-0), who led 1-0 after the first period and 4-0 heading into the third.
Nate Danielson scored for the Wheat Kings (26-29-8-0), who outshot the ICE 31-28.
The ICE went 2-for-5 on the power play, while the Wheaties were 0-for-2.

SASKATOON, Sask. — Keaton Sorensen scored twice and added an assist as the visiting Prince Albert Raiders crushed the Saskatoon Blades 8-1.
