PGMOL are 'baffled by reports Nottingham Forest have submitted a dossier of refereeing mistakes'

Reports emerged last week following the club's 2-2 draw with Everton, in which they felt a number of decisions went against them, that they had sent over a dossier of evidence concerning mistakes.
