Would love to see new owners look at the possibility of buyin it, seems purpose made and could use wast hills solely for the academy.

Why would Christopher Holland of HALO22 Ltd (Wasps owner) and of Loxwood Holdings Ltd - which in turn owns EP&IC LIMITED (Wasps training ground) sell this to Blues?

(I think i have that right!)
