Amid ongoing frustration from drivers trying to get even basic tasks accomplished at the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, the provincial government announced Monday it has opened up a new way to get around one of the big hurdles of the new SAAQclic online portal, by allowing people to authenticate themselves in person at seven SAAQ offices.
