No death penalty for NYC terrorist Sayfullo Saipov in West Side Highway attack

The life sentence ended the Manhattan federal court trial that began more than five years after Saipov killed eight people on a West Side Highway bike path on Oct. 31, 2017 by mowing them down at random in a rented Home Depot flatbed truck.
