40 thefts in 45 days: Four of ‘thak thak’ gang held in Noida

Four members of a ‘thak thak’ gang, which executed 40 thefts in the last 45 days in the city and are facing charges in at least 70 cases across Delhi-NCR, were arrested from a park in Sector 44 on Tuesday.
