Chaos at start of Cheltenham Festival day four as horse Jupiter Du Gite refuses to stop during false start
CHAOS engulfed the start of Cheltenham Festival day four.
That’s after a horse refused to stop following a false start.
The 1.30pm Triumph Hurdle saw riders line up for the first race on Friday.
But a false start saw the jockeys speed off before the whistle had been sounded.
All the horses were quickly halted in their tracks.
Yet one had other lofty ideas.
Jupiter De Gite refused to play by the rules.
And instead of returning to base with the other horses, he instead took off galloping down the course.
