What’s the standard like at that level?

Can’t imagine it’s particularly high/competitive in comparison to the second tier

It's been a long time since I was last at a 21s game, but back when I went regularly there was a hell of a difference between u21s and the first team. All the players I saw make the step up were a different class in the 21s.
