Allied Racing Confirm Two-car Porsche Effort
Allied-Racing have confirmed a double entry for their Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 CS machinery in the 2023 GT4 European Series.
The first duo will race in the Silver class, Young Dane Alexander Hartvig and Dutch racer Nathan Schaap.
Allied-Racing’s second Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS will compete in Pro-Am class with Oskar Kristensen from Denmark and Jordan Wallace from the United States sharing the driving.
Three AMGs For NM Racing Team
Spanish squad NM Racing Team return after a successful 2022 season running three Mercedes-AMG GT4 with another triple-header entry for the upcoming season.
In 2022 NM Racing Team entered a Mercedes-AMG GT4 in each of the three championship classes and ended a mere two points shy of the Silver class title.
“We had a great winter preparation, and are really proud to continue competing in the always challenging GT4 European Series with our triple Mercedes AMG GT4 line-up”, the team states.
Part of last year’s Silver title-contender crew, Lluc Ibáñez will be joined this season by Alex Papadopulos.
Jakub Knoll and Filip Vava will team up once again for another season together in Pro-Am.
Finally, in the third car, Aleksandr Vaintrub & Stas Safronov move up a step and, after achieving some very competitive results in Am-category last season, will now jump into Pro-Am.
Spirit Racing Aston Confirmed
Team Spirit Racing will once again bring an Aston Martin to the Pro-Am class for all six meetings of the upcoming season.
Behind the wheel, team regular Markus Lungstrass returns and will be forming a new, all-German duo with young German talent Lorenz Stegmann.
