Santa Anita Cancels March 24, Adds Racing March 27

With heavy rain and the likelihood of more than three inches of precipitation at Santa Anita through March 22, track officials, in consultation with the CHRB, TOC, Jockeys' Guild, and the CTT, have opted to cancel the eight-race program March 24.
