Workers ‘crawling along beams, wearing thongs’ before teen’s death, court told

The man charged over the death of teenager Wesley Ballantine has conceded the construction site they were on was “unsafe”, with evidence workers were wearing thongs and crawling along elevated beams unharnessed in the days leading up to the tragedy.
