Driving down car use

Last Saturday, I was invited to speak at a forum on a new highway. While I agreed with the audience for going against the planning of a new expressway in the Klang Valley, I also spoke on the issues surrounding the call to abolish highway toll, a contentious campaign point in the run-up to the 15th General Election last November.
