What to watch

With basketball season winding down, I'm going to drop my HULU live subscription and looking for some good shows to binge over the summer.


I also have a 14 year old son, 10 year old daughter and 7 year old son, so keeping them in mind.



I will keep HULU basic (with ads)
I will keep Disney + for another month (there is something my daugther wants to watch that starts up next week, I forget what exactly).
We have Amazon Prime and Netflix as well and plan to keep those.


So with that in mind, I'm looking to add some new shows into the mix, especially since I just wrapped up watching the latest season of Always Sunny in Philly and am close to wrapping up Ozark.


I've thought about adding either HBO Max, Apple +, Universal, Paramount Plus or AMC + until football season starts up in August and I add back Hulu Live (or something similar) for football and college basketball next fall/winter.


HBO is the most likely, could rewatch the Wire or Sopranos, finish off Game of Thrones, White Lotus and Last amongst interest me as well as the Joker movie that came out 5 years or so ago.


Apple + would be just for Ted Lasso (that I know of) so if I did it may be for a month or something then on to the next.


Universal for Poker Face, same story as Apple +. I'd say either of these is unlikely.


Paramount + would be for Maverick (which I could just rent on Amazon) and yellow stone, plus there seems to be a slew of stuff my kids might be interested in


AMC would just be for the last season of Better Call Saul, will likely hold off on that until it finally hits netflix.



So, what shows are you watching or would recommend? Would you recommend a month or two or 3 of any of those above for other things? Can also use this thread as a general catch all for shows worth streaming moving forward.
