One player that I can't understand his lack of success/game time at Hibs was Demetri Mitchell.
At Hibs, in season 21/22 he was involved in 7 games with a total of 370 minutes on the pitch. In season 22/23, it was 3 games and a total of 71 minutes. His contribution during his time at Hibs wasn't great (being diplomatic), with only the goal against Livingston being memorable.
Now at Exeter, he's been involved in 10 games with a total of 661 minutes. He generally plays the full 90 minutes and has scored two goals and one assist. In yesterday's match report, the BBC write "The deadlock was broken in fine fashion after 36 minutes when Demetri Mitchell cut in from the left and curled a wonderful shot beyond goalkeeper Lukas Jensen and into the far corner with his right foot from 20 yards."
Whilst at Hibs, I couldn't tell whether he was 1) not fit enough, 2) not interested enough or 3) not good enough. Anyone got any interesting insight into why he failed to be a success at the Hibees?
