Untouchability-free Karungali village in Vellore gets Social Harmony Award

Out of 367 villages that fall under the Department of Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare in the district, Karungali was chosen due to there being no clashes between different communities for many years and no caste-based discrimination in public places
