Temperature to exceed 40°C, NiMet warns

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency on Sunday raised an alarm over the possibility of thermal discomfort across some cities in the country. In a statement released by the Nimet General Manager, Public Relations, Muntari Ibrahim, the agency said observations from the source region indicate that temperature was expected to rise above 40 degrees in the next
