Sunak urged to shut down legal loopholes in bid to 'smash migrant-smuggling gangs'

Tory rebels are calling on the UK Prime Minister to eliminate all legal loopholes that allow foreign judges to intervene in the country's borders as the Illegal Migration Bill returns to the Commons.
