NATIONAL SUMMARY
Spotty showers and thunderstorms will stretch from southern
Kansas to Texas tomorrow. Showers and thunderstorms may
produce gusty winds along the coast of Southern California.
Rain and snow will begin to develop from North Dakota to
Wisconsin, especially during the afternoon. Mainly rain is
expected in southern Minnesota, northern and central Iowa,
southwestern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Snow, mixed
with rain in the valleys, will fall in much of the interior
West and into the Rockies. High pressure will keep much of
the East dry, although a flurry or two could fly in northern
Maine and a shower cannot be ruled out along a cold front in
South Florida. The Tennessee Valley can also expect a dry
day, but severe weather is likely to erupt to end the week
on Friday.
