Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday launched the official logo of Swasthya Sewa Utsav (SSU) — a first-of-its-kind health fest in the country where IAS, IFS and state civil service officers will evaluate the infrastructure of the hospitals in the state.
